Our focus on quality products, sourced globally and delivered locally, has allowed us to forge long term relationships with some of the world’s leading companies in the sectors we serve. Focused on excellent customer service, we are flexible in our approach, keen to work with our customers and suppliers to deliver value. We offer a range of service solutions tailor made to what our customers need; including kitting, Kanban, consignment stock, VMI, remote warehousing and fulfilment and onsite vending machines.

We offer, often ex stock, a wide range of fluid power products including; pneumatics, hydraulic hose, fittings, adaptors, assemblies, motors, accumulators and pumps. Our extensive range of industrial products, principally aimed at mobile power generation and quarrying equipment manufacturers, includes; hose, fittings, valves, antivibration and wear products, hardware and accessories.

Lyndsay started in the accounts department in RP in 2002. She now leads the internal sales team within the Company, who deal with incoming sales enquires, proactively market the Company’s products and provide support to our Sales Engineers.

Joining the Company’s purchasing department in 1999, Steven became Quality Manager some years later. He has overall responsibility for quality management including our continued accreditation to ISO9000 and our dedicated quality personnel in China.

Bert began his career in RP as a warehouse operative in 1993. Gaining experience in all aspects of warehouse and assembly work and latterly in the sales department, when we opened our facility in Coalisland, Bert volunteered to spearhead the operation.

Adrian joined RP in 1999 and is responsible for account management of key customers, particularly those involved in the manufacturer of screening and crushing equipment, where he has extensive product and applications knowledge.

With over 16 years' experience in the sale, specification and servicing of fluid power products, Martin is primarily our account manager for mobile power generation and materials handling customers, however his wealth of experience permeates our entire customer base.

We offer a range of flexible logistical solutions to meet the diverse needs of our customers. Our tailored solutions include Just in Time (JIT), Stock Replenishment Programs, On-Site Stores and Vending Machines, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and Consigned Inventory Programs, coupled with intelligent use of technology such as EDI and virtual warehousing.

These solutions are aimed at reducing the Total Cost of Ownership by driving down the costs of procurement, storage and management of your bought in product. Vendor count and stock levels can be reduced, valuable factory space freed up for higher value added operations, precious time saved and customers can concentrate on their core business.
