We currently have a vacancy for a purchasing/logistics coordinator to work in either our Belfast or Coalisland depot.

This is a fully time, permanent role.

Reporting to the Purchasing Lead/Manager the successful candidate will have responsibility for the purchasing of product and/or coordination of the supply of product to customers through liason with sales, warehousing and purchasing functions within the Company and externally with customers and suppliers.


Interpretation and analysis of customer supplied usage/order schedules coupled with the generation of inhouse reports to ensure on time delivery will be required.


Good communication skills are essential as the role requires close interaction with other functions within the Company and also with customers and suppliers.


Participation in cross functional initiatives which may include representatives from customers and suppliers aimed at improving performance may also be required.


The successful candidate will be results driven, customer focused and able to work to strict deadlines. Both team and individual working will be required.


A proven practical knowledge of stock control/purchase order processing systems (preferably SAGE) and analysis tools such as spreadsheets will be required.
